About The Founder

With a passion for storytelling and a talent for creating unforgettable experiences, Kaitlin Janevski has spent over 15 years bringing events to life. Originally from Oklahoma, she studied theatre before making the leap to New York City, where she got her start interning at Betsey Johnson’s showroom, helping produce high-energy fashion events and in-store activations.

From there, Kaitlin moved to Los Angeles and expanded her expertise into luxury retail, curating personalized, consumer-driven events for brands like The Camuto Group and Michael Kors, fostering brand loyalty while boosting both sales and team morale. Her skills then led her to NYX Cosmetics, where she founded the brand’s annual retail managers retreat, coordinating travel for over 50 global executives and designing multi-day activations that culminated in the 2016 FACE Awards.

Recognized for her ability to create immersive, high-impact experiences, Kaitlin began working with start-ups, setting them up at industry trade shows and hosting investor and networking events. After helping a new start-up get off the ground, she knew it was time to build something of her own—Archer & Arrow Events.

From intimate private parties for influencers and celebrities to large-scale corporate events in the entertainment industry, Kaitlin’s expertise spans a wide range of event types. Her passion lies in bringing people together, crafting moments that inspire, and creating experiences that leave a lasting impact.
